I have my cousins who work for ibm, vallaki anthey vachevi .... I myself had to work to in india for an year ....4 years exp ki i got 13L package (product based compny , not service based)

Except for missing out on family and friends (which is undoubtedly a massive factor) - on every other criteria living in USA has proven to be an invaluable experience. Have decided to permanently settle down here in the US.

 

I suspect although most of my friends display a lot of genuine affection for all things Indian - but when push comes to shove - they do decide to stay back here in the US unless they are unable to renew their visa etc.,

What if your parents are alone in india and have health issues ?? Brothers and sisters are also in us ,then also settke down in us ??
