Almost 5yrs. madhyalo UK, konni rojulu India lo unna.

I work in finance. job opportunities are better now than they were when I first came in.

There are no big employers, even in Toronto, for software. companies have lower shelf life in Canada than in US. every year plenty close down, or move out of Canada.

The pay is less too, compared to what is paid in California. I don't know about other parts in the US.
