First of all congrats bro. Kids are god's gift. Tension emi padaku. mundu posts lo janam cheppinattu. Keep aside 10-20K for the pregnancy, hospital and things which follow after that. Once after baby is born, things will fall in place. Oka routine lo padtaav and ela plan cheyaali anedi neekey ardham avtundi. Initially it will be tough until both of you get adjusted to the new member in the family but the journey will become smooth with time. All the best for the future.
