As long as you arer on H1 there is very less we can do about them - our greed for good life is their strength . if you are strong in your subject you will get many options - Try to make your self strong anf expert in your skill. i have see peeople who are extrordinary in skill always progressed well . Either they get hired by the main company or They get good support from manger for his contract so the vendor or employer dose not harass them . 

1) Get full time Job where ever you work as conrractor if they sponsor H1 

2) if they break any Law report them to Labour

Maa employer aa list lo unde.. after seeing this video few years back, I applied and got full time and moved out of this consulting .. my employer threatened that he will cancel my I-140, but Obama removed that and all they can do is withdraw. I told him, if you feel like you can do it, you can go ahead and do it ani cheppi lite teesukunna.
