Urgent: h1b extension approved without I-94..

Guys, 

na h1b extension approved for 3 years without I-94.. Hyd consulate notified ani ochindi email..

1. Only HYD consulate ke vellala stamping ki or can I go Canada or Mexico?(went to Canada for h1b stamping twice before )

2. Passport next year expiring .. If stamping done visa epativaraku Istdu and i94 epativaraku based on pp exp date?

3. Can I renew my passport before I go for stamping within a week(before I get 797 copy for stamping g )

better go Hyd if u have all docs and client letter

without 1-94 antey u got a conditional H1-B approval. this means u have to go out of the country and get new I-94..which is nothin but stamping 

CPT lo join aitey...ila 1797C isthaaru. is tht true in ur case?

your H1 was premium or regular? which center?

you cannot renew your passport. before 6 months of expiring. leave about passport and its expiry. 

when u come in I-94 visa length ki istharu mostly. 

focus why u didnt get i797. did u 797c or b or a?

H1b be bro.. No cpt.. Kani regular process took 7 months.. Later moved to premium .. Appatiki i94 expired ai 240 days aindi .. I believe that is the reason for no i94..

i know Hyd lo dates levu.. I have Canada visa can I go there ?

i797 meedha hyd untey hyd velaalsina avsram ledhu. for speeding up they notified hyd anthey.  

i didnt get i94 during my time. they told go chennai..but i went jamaica

1. Passport can be extended from 1 year before the passport expiry date ( you said 6 months )

2. H1 consular processing lo Hyd consulate endhuku mention chesaru ante .

 

 

on the actual h1 application petition (i129 filed by ur employer ).

On the actual h1 petition there is a question asked by uscis .

Ques; consulate to be notified on approval of petition.

Ur attorney  answer: Hyd ( Bcoz u got ur first is stamping from this consulate / that is the closest consulate from ur location in india  )

Not True

 

You can Renew if your pp is expiring is less than 1 year.

 

In fact i did when i had 7 more months for pp expiry

Plan to leave the country as soon as U have ur h1 original docs in hand . Just go to Canada , india lo Edina consulate try chesthe better . Next time h1 drop box facility untadi if u get ur h1 visa in india this time . But india lo immediate visa date dorakatle. So better Canada is consulate

IF YOU HAVE 1 MONTH OF time on current valid i94 renew your pp

 

and go to hyd for stamping.
