1. Passport can be extended from 1 year before the passport expiry date ( you said 6 months )

2. H1 consular processing lo Hyd consulate endhuku mention chesaru ante .

on the actual h1 application petition (i129 filed by ur employer ).

On the actual h1 petition there is a question asked by uscis .

Ques; consulate to be notified on approval of petition.

Ur attorney  answer: Hyd ( Bcoz u got ur first is stamping from this consulate / that is the closest consulate from ur location in india  )

hyd enduku istharu antey...thts where your first (anyform of stamping) as done. iwas trying to tell i94 vs passport gurunchi think cheyaku.. 

first prepare for interview ani. also told him to take an appointment kadha with murthyforum
