Why bring religion to workplace

inclusiveness is the norm. accept it guys. don't fight it too much.

ofcourse inclusiveness is not perfect. nothing in life is perfect. veelaithe do your bit to improve it. trying to exclude a major group of people is the not the way to improve it.

Nobody is telling we should openly discriminate them, however vallu chese overreaction ki mute spectators unte vati repercussions tharavatha untai. being in denial mode and glossing over things and taking fake liberal positions (ur trainer) will be of no use. one should have guts to just say the truth

when you are in minority you will always be well behaved. but once when you are in majority, how you behave and treat your minority is what tells your character. in this regard i will give failure marks to turks.

okay. lets do an experiment. Wear a skull cap/beard for a month, and pretend to be muslim, and do things the way you normally do.

Then report back on how many people are nicer to you because you wore the skull cap/beard, and how many were openly antagonist (according to you, speaking the truth).
