    your case will be sent to immigration....Immigration then check some of your background and send it to local sheriff.....he will then spy on you to see if you purposely did it or mistakenly did it.....if it is mistake, he will send report to your manager. if it is on purpose, he will send it to court.....

    To avoid this, talk to your manager and say you made mistake!
