Even if you find one or two opportunities for Admin role, most probably it will be full time. Finding a Salesforce Admin role for C2C is very tough. Salesforce Admin market is good if you are GC or Citizen. Quote

Can you please suggest? .Net background helps a lot in learning salesforce. I don't think he needs any formal training. He can go through online training materials or youtube videos. I don't know any formal training but people with Java/.net background really don't need any paid training to learn salesforce. Free materials available online is more than enough. Most of the salesforce developers I have seen are either with Java or .net or Siebel background. If your friend works hard, he should get job in 2-3 months. Good luck! Quote
