Daily 1 pound chicken

5 - eggs tho omelet

juice with all fruits, yogurt, 5 raw eggs, peanut butter

2 meals as usual...

but protien entha thinali ante 0.6 grams X your body weight in pounds

lets say 200 pounds ante 200X 0.6 = 120 gms..if you do extreme work out 200gms  thinna ok but work out cheyyapothe kashtam...

research says that you should not eat more than 22gms of protein per meal for an avg adult. And again depends to person to person
