same thing happened with OPT guy also with BOA in Charlotte, Tech  - ETL BODS, BU - Mortgage Dept.

 

OPT hired while doing loads in production job failed, he did not inform anyone just marked as complete manually and bog mess happened, almost 500ZMillion loss to BOA. Now they fired whole BODS team including Manager, Director and Vice- President of the BU
