Reason being the farmers around the place wants to invest their savings in land in guntur vijayawada area..

 

Even before the capital was declared guntur and vikaqadahad high expensive area..reason being fertile regions for farmers and low land availability. 

 

Most if the lands are either devuni manam or existing agricultural lands

Ofcourse land rates ekkuve..but nuvu hyd or chennaitho compare chese mundu u better know whats the diameter of the cities are...nuvu hyd city nadi boddulo rate entho kanukko..all the hype in vjw is about the future growth like tech stocks...i would say atleast wait for next 2 yrs before investing in vjw..already real estate is in stale..pade chance aite undi

Nuvvu miss avuthondi entante, land rate development batti undadu. Nuvvu cheppina hyderabad and inka different places lo businesses run chesaru ikkadi locals. Veellu natural ga enterprenuers. And they can afford to buy these lands. Demand kuda ekkuva as lot of people don't have a need to sell. Land rates will be based on the local buying power and you can't compare that with Hyderabad.  Recent ga surge ayyayi konni lands as this was over due. Last 10 years lo stable ga unnayi. They shot up now, after some promising news.
