Abs fat is the last to go. So eat healthy fats vayya. Like avacado/Neyyi/ Organic Butter/ Coconut Oil. You fat intake should be atleast 100g you can calculate based on you BMR though. carbs tagginchu.. Only carbs you should be eating is Veggies.
