5th week, keto diet Bhi start chesina on parallel so far so good akkadakkada konni cuts kanipistunnai but yeah anukunnnatha big results raley but at the same time antha sad ga kuda anipistale.

Good job continue keto but increase 50-100 cals per week else weight loss stall avtundi

Yeah I started eating fat bombs to increase my calorie intake 

yeah I think keto valla my belly konchem kanipinchinattu anipistundii 

but at the same time being careful though to not have sugars 

one question peanut butter or almond butter suggestible during keto ??
