My h1 ext 2017 September ki aiypothundhi. Naadhi FT. Indhaka HR vaadu vachi needi GC process labour deny aiyyindhi. We can't continue ur GC process. September varaku chesukoni. U need to leave usa permanently antunnadu.  Ippudu em options vunnayi.  If I change my employer GC process ki time vundha

Start labour with another employer...Once approved switch ur H1 to that employer and work .... chala mandhi chestharu..

1. Do H1 Transfer in Premium process to some desi consultancy.

2. Start GC process immiediatly.

Also, ask your FT employer if they can allow you as a contractor thru your desi employer or your employers preferred vendor

Naa offshore team Singapore lo bro. Akkada he together matladi transfer papers ready chesthamu antunnaru if interested. Same role. Same position. Pay according to Singapore norms anta. But I have to leave USA kadha

Hmm.. Almost 6 years kavastundi.. So I think one year out of country undi u can re enter USA ankunta .. On h1b.. If not try to transfer to an employer who can file ur Gc right away... Which is difficult to find ..

Single baa. Ninja correct thelidhu. HR said labour are questioning to take locals as there are qualified local ppl around available for this position
