mortage loan thiskuni..with 2% APR....down payments ekkuva chesthe...you have to pay around $1500....monthly...for a new $400-500k  home....after years it will yours...

so this is the desi stratergy...maa office lo almost 5 ppl recently bought new homes ....

first thing after living in home, its difficult to move in a apartment.. if you are with kids its impossible.

Illu easy ga ammudu povatledu these days.. Cuz everyone are looking for a new construction especially desi ppl.. and no american or any nationality will buy home in desi ppl locality... ivvi em think cheyyaru.. notikochina pichakuntla logic cheppi argue chestaru.
