Peter123 Posted August 9, 2016 Report Posted August 9, 2016 it will go eventually, but not as much as you expect,, for ex 50 L ki konnavu anuko after 5 years 50-55 vastadi reason is,,aprtment seconds value not really that great,,,and also these rates only aplicable for cetain well established centres, not in rural area...investment on apartments/flats is not really that great,,i mean atleast you'd be break even for sure when you plan to sell or you can great tiny profit at the max, Where as lands has more selling value, cos in furture these builders trying to build apartments where ever they can be it a remote land or city land, so when you get the right deal you'll make handful of profit for sure...Good luck Quote
