Missing 3 days of pay. Will this affect my H1B Stamping, entry at the Port of Entry or Greenc Card processing?

I have transferred my H1B to a new employer. But the new employer is only ready to run my pay roll from Aug 4th and not Aug 1st (since there was some delay in H1B transfer) while my last pay stub from my old employer was on July 31st. Will this 3 day (Aug 1st-Aug 3rd) of not having pay affect me in long run? I mean when applying for a Greencard? or at the Port of Entry when coming back into the country?
