Without client letter or email (client saying we can't provide email also) -is it risky to go for H1-V1sa stamp1ng-Mex1co ?

Please suggest.urgent.

vendor letter unte better if the client is not giving one. Vendor letter lo ask them to mention that u r working in so n so client location. atb
