1) Cost of living --- apts rates chusko 

2) Future lo ellu plan chestav kabatti -- new construction town houses rates ela unnai with good school districts chusko 

3) If married nee wife ki nearby jobs oppurtunities chusko 

4) Job stability --- check how many layoff have been recently .. GC chestar ani andar antar ..try to get it in writing ..

next 5 yrs ki kuda nee sal 90k to 100k madyane untadi .. so plan it according ly 

5) 401k is imp in FT ..entha contribute chestunnaru kanukko
