Bugs issue vundhi and motham manavalle.. family aithey i will not suggest this apartment, unless if you dont have car and need marta near. Issues - Bugs, Maintenance chettha, Motham manolle mini india la vuntundhi... roads meedhane ne kids aduthu vuntaru.. Flats at north Springs --> Maintenance bavundi, direct access to marta.. Closed parking option vundi.. desi percent ekkuva vunna, koncham clean and neat ga vuntundhi.. Colonial Grand - Near Sandy Springs, - Spacious apartments, individual parking lots for each lot, Clean ga vuntundhi.. less noice compare to above 2 communities.. 12-15 mins walk to marta.. Quote
