How to find h1b recipt number

Employer receipt # ivatle

 

Working in full time with opt and full time client ready to transfer approved h1.. but desi employer saying he will revoke the petition and will initiate it tomMorow

Opt expires in 2018 with 100% chances of extension in 2017 june.

Update # employer is not revoking , he is keeping the petition and revoking after october so that  candidate can go out of status after oct 2nd..

Desi consultancy marketed for 20 days. Never worked for him, just asked in small email let's try h1b ...he replied..we will let you know..

 

Then he sent message on whatsapp in June ..h1b approved..

 

Requested to revoke since he ia not providing receipt number. 

 

He is not revoking and trying to make candidate out of status.

I am not sure ... But okasari attorney ki contact avvamanu !

tanaki h1 vocchindhi ani kacchintanga telsa ? If yes dn we can request a copy of h1 thru uscis

Foia request petochu, but it takes 2-3months to get the documentation that was provided by her employer to uscis

Now it seems more than 3 , monna trackitt lo ochindi USCIS facing record no of FOIA req for i-140 copies ani (might be bcoz of our langa employers)
