Update # employer is not revoking , he is keeping the petition and revoking after october so that candidate can go out of status after oct 2nd.. -- Desi consultancy marketed for 20 days. Never worked for him, just asked in small email let's try h1b ...he replied..we will let you know.. Then he sent message on whatsapp in June ..h1b approved.. Requested to revoke since he ia not providing receipt number. He is not revoking and trying to make candidate out of status. Quote
