Ya what if employer A doesnt withdraw 140 can i still use it to move to employer C although currently working with employer B?

I mean why i am asking this is if i get 3yrs extension with new employer B using the i140 from old employer A but if i decide to move to employer C during those 3 yr period then can i still use I140 from employer A for H1B extensions?

There is no 3 yrs guarantee of extension even ur 140 is approved!
