PD same untadi. GC time antey.... rules ilagey untey okka 20-30 years vesuko.

issues antey.. they depend on ur future company. general ga manchi companies lo join avuthey 6-12months lo gc processing start chestharu. 1yr labor ki + 6 months i140(avasaram aithey premium cheyinchukovochu).

future company processing lo emaina theda chesthey issues vasthayi. but i dont think u need to worry a lot about it.

I have a question here. Kotha employer tho we can get 3 yr extension using old I140 but at the end of those 3 yrs can we again use the same old I140 or do we have to have a new I140 with the current employer to get further H1B extensions.

I mean why i am asking this is if i get 3yrs extension with new employer B using the i140 from old employer A but if i decide to move to employer C during those 3 yr period then can i still use I140 from employer A for H1B extensions?

employer A will withdraw your I 140 after you leave.

So your new employer must and should file GC and get 140 approved to make further H1 extensions.

You can also use emp B 140 to emp C for 3 year H1 transfer

Why will employer A withdraw i140 unless the terms are not good?
