Yes....theoretically possible. Naku telisina idharu cheparu....it took them 3.5 years to get the GC in EB1C from the day of joining to the day they got the GC. andulo 1.5-2 years they lived in India which means you will get much lesser  pay for this time period and will have rotta company in your resume. But if you know anyone and are sure they can finish the process in 2 years, it is not a bad idea considering the benefits you get after you get GC.

As far as I know no firm will promise you EB1c, it has to be part of natural progression and sometimes people even get stuck in India for longer periods. It all comes down to your ability to prove the need to send you to US and only way is through EB1c.
