Hello Everyone,

I have submitted my H1B petition this year 2016 and got selected and it was approved recently, but I have received the conditional approval of H1B.

I am on CPT status and submitted my H1B application, I have received the RFE requesting me to provide the enough details that I am maintaining the valid F1 status. I have provided all the details and the travel receipts but my H1B was conditionally approved and I did not received the I-94, I have received the decision that I need to go out of the county and have the stamping done and re enter the USA.

Can I go to CANADA, JAMAICA, etc. for my H1B Visa interview or I must go to INDIA to have the stamping done since its a change of status was denied from F1 to H1B? Can you please help me if any one of you faced same situation earlier.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Sree
