srikanth5788 Posted September 16, 2016 Report Posted September 16, 2016 Hello Everyone, I have submitted my H1B petition this year 2016 and got selected and it was approved recently, but I have received the conditional approval of H1B. I am on CPT status and submitted my H1B application, I have received the RFE requesting me to provide the enough details that I am maintaining the valid F1 status. I have provided all the details and the travel receipts but my H1B was conditionally approved and I did not received the I-94, I have received the decision that I need to go out of the county and have the stamping done and re enter the USA. Can I go to CANADA, JAMAICA, etc. for my H1B Visa interview or I must go to INDIA to have the stamping done since its a change of status was denied from F1 to H1B? Can you please help me if any one of you faced same situation earlier. Thanks for your help in advance. Sree Quote
