Hi,

  My cousin's H1 application got picked for current year on April. But the case status hasn't changed ever since from the initial description. consultant is saying that unless we upgrade it to premium we won't know it's status. Is there any other way to contact USCIS requesting on the application status? I'm just wondering as it is almost october, how long they might take to process the application in the worst case?
