SUV Lease vs Purchase

Decent SUV konali ante 40k ayina pettalsi ostundi, ante ~700 pay cheyali per month (5 year lease). Used teesukuna 30 paine avtundi, which would be 550 per month. 5 years taravata ammithe half price kooda raademo..... 4 years back konna na honda car ki half kooda ravatle ipudu (less than 50k miles). 

Ade car lease lo teesukunte 400 lopu avtundi per month, for 3 year lease (including initial payment n all). 

Ilanti situation lo lease kakunda, purchase enduku better? Please shed some light here...

if you want to keep your car/SUV for a long time, say 10 years, then purchase is better. check this link for cost to owning a car or SUV

so far I always leased the cars bro... I feel it is good. .overall nuvvu oka 2 to 4 k ekkuva spend chestav but neeku 3 years obligation untadi anthe.. U can always drive new cars with low monthly payments... car odilinchukovalanna neeku peda issue em undadu.. all U have to do is handover the keys after your lease term.. appudu vadu  neetho beram chestadu then you can get it for less if you want.. so direct konatam okati i.e on the first day.. lease to buy is u  taking 3 years to decide on buying it. .I prefer leasing for sure.. coz I will be little obligated and less monthly payments.. overall ga nuvvu ekkuva kattina neeku erpadadu..

avanni personal choices meeda base ayi ichina suggestions... doesn't matter still we can drive that car for 10 years on leasing again n again for small monthly premiums..

that was my feeling too... but I just want to understand why most of people suggest buying, thought i was missing something!

yeah, if you set aside a budget for a car every month, then leasing is ideal. if you are in savings mode, starting a family etc,. purchase on financing and keeping it for atleast 7 years or more is ideal. depends on individual interests.

10 years car kosam ayina..... you pay 40k for car and aa 10 years lo repairs, tire changes anni kalisi inko 5k avtademo..... and at end of 10 years if we sell we get 5k?

10 years lease teesukunna you pay 40k.... migatha issues mechanical issues em undavu and you can drive new car each 3 years.... not sure if I am missing anything here

10 years 40k lease ante, monthly $333. you might get a decent sedan or SUV not the premium type, lease rates will increase over 10 years, after 6-7 years, you might end with compact or economy car for $333 lease per month, 

miles restriction. interior, exterior neat ga unchukovali eppudu lease lo. or else fines untayi

10 years for a $40k purchase ante, you get a premium vehicle, like Audi A4 or Lexus NX or Acura RDX/certified MDX etc. you get to drive a premium vehicle, no miles restriction, oka 5 years tarvata small dents, paint chips ki pedha feel kaavu. 

also, insurance, you will be paying premium insurance in lease as you are driving brand new cars everytime. 

again, if money is not a big deal for you, lease is good! savings, not a car enthusiast, edhoka car anukiunte purchase

Money matters a lot... lekapothe ee discussion enduku cheppu... thanks for the info..... lease lo aa neat and mileage gola untadi, kani 40K koni installments katte sthomatha ledu..... inka edo used sedan teesukoni 3 years ammeyadam better emo

financial ga settle ayye varaku lease teesko man.. its a temporary decision edo 100 years lease laaga antha alochinchaku 3 yrs easy ga aypothay.. financial ga or job stability undanukunte konukko or leasing mazaa unte go for leasing again.. don't think too much.. leasing is always a good choice.. car bore kottina kuda nuvvu icheyyochu without issues.. anyhow year ki 12000 paina nuvvem tirgavu mostly.. dooram poyedunte flight and local lo rent teeskuntaav sontha car ayina kuda u do that.. so don't worry
