Yes, people should own the govt is their own and part their social fabric, not something outside. The money govt gets with this whole thing belongs to the society including the so called oc category people you are talking about. They should understand that. If they don't understand, they are foolish. It's like someone rejecting money when he/she is offered, because they don't want to stretch their hand to take it.

10L ki enduku antha worry avvatam , if u have 1 acre of farm land u can claim 9L legally without any hassles , we got over it the same way ... CA tho maatladu its very easy
