Duplicate Perm Labor case number - Need help

Hi all,

Na perm labor last year file ayindi. Na employer emo inka approve avaledu antunnadu. In all websites, its showing as approved. sare ani nenu DOL ki email chesna, i got reply back displaying someone else's name along with my case number. So, two employee's in my company have same perm labor case number(A***). 

vere employee ki cal chesi kanukunte, ya, my case number is also same anadu. His labor approved and filed I140 now. Endi idi ani employer ni adguthe, DOL does that, duplicate case numbers assign chestaru apudapudu, nenu chala cases vinna alaga ani. Nenu google cheste, em dorakaledu. Hoping someone could help me here. Has anyone faced this, heard cases like this before. Please help.

I don't think it is normal. Better call and check with DOL.

I left the employer..but athaniki aa employer tho working relation undi antunadu kada, so employer or company name chepthe....ikkada janalu edina feedback istharu ani na point.
