each h1b anta, employer marinappudu every time 60days bench medha unda vacha. if this is true its some what good sign. EAD kuda manam mainly indhuka kavali anukuntam, not to loose status. If this 60 days is for total bench stay for each individual then no use.

• This rule will take effect 60 days from tomorrow, 11/18/2016. BIG IRONY!! It will be right before January 20, 2017 when the new President-Elect will be sworn into the President! For the reason, there is an open question as to whether DT Administration will act to repeal this rule and if yes, when. Obviously, if they do, they will have to go through the rule-making process to repeal it. Hmmmm......................................! HMMM.......................!!! MY GOD.......................................!!!!!!
