Main Highlights:

1. 60 day grace period within h1 validity period 

2. 10 day grace period outside h1 validity period

3. EAD on compelling circumstances. There is no definition for compelling circumstances but will be dealt on a case by case basis. The basic understanding about compelling circumstances is that the circumstances should be beyond the candidate control. 

4. 140 and therefore Priority Date can be revoked on if "material errors"
