Job Title: Oracle R2R Business Process Analysts/Oracle Financials BPA

 

 

Responsibilities-

·       Clearly understand the functions of a BPA (Business Process Analyst) v/s BSA (Business Systems Analyst)

·       Very strong on designing business processes, as this position needs business person and not the hard core systems person

·       Very strong understanding on Record to Report business processes

·       Facilitate discussions with business to understand requirements, drive key decisions, and resolution to issues.

·       Document requirements, write business requirement documents, work with functional team, write test cases/scripts,facilitate testing cycles with business, perform support and knowledge transfer.

·       Work closely with other project team members for any cross functional issues/tasks.

Minimum qualifications

·  10+ years of experience in design business processes around EBS

·  Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Application R12

·  Strong functional and business domain knowledge in General Ledger, AR, AP subledger modules in Oracle

·  Well versed in structured design and development methodologies to perform full life-cycle Oracle EBS implementation including fit/gap analysis, design specifications and implementation.

·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong analytical skills and a demonstrable bias toward action.

·  Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.

·  Participation in several full system implementation life-cycles (analyze, design, build, test, implement, support).

·  Ability to perform impact analysis, identify changes to business processes, perform testing, and effectively communicate with business.

·  Ability to work independently as well as work with teams.
