FT Doubt. Please Help!

I got FT with one of the subsidiaries of Dell in Atlanta.

What are all the things I should check before I join FT.

I also have few questions ,

1. I am on H-1B now with a consulting firm. I got H-1b When I was working as Big data Engineer. But now I got Ft offer on AWS/Devops.

Company agreed to transfer H-1B, but  transfer apudu diffeeent resume submit chestam. Would that be any problem. 

2. Transfer time lo em aina RFE padthe would I be able to still continue with my present consulting firm. 

3. If I apply for a transfer , would my present employer get any kind of intimation.

4. I got joining date as Jan 9th. If i apply for a transfer when can I tell my present employer to stop running payroll for me. How many months I can be on on H-1 without pay roll. 

Are there any other important things which I should be aware of before accepting the offer.
