visa interview in hyd

my wife attended her visa interview in Hyderabad yesterday for h4 ..2-3 questions asked and visa officer told that her visa got approved ..now this morning when we checked her visa status it says

 

Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks. Please follow any instructions provided by the Consular Officer at the time of your interview. If further information is needed, you will be contacted. If your visa application is approved, it will be processed and mailed/available within two business days.

what does this mean ...221(g) ?

This is not default status, Send email to the consulate  and check. .. 221(g) aithey cheptharu interview time lo.. .

Some times, it depends on name also.

Dont get me wrong,Based on the religion and names valla ila ayye chances vunnayi..  maa freind valla surname lo "Syed" vuntundhi. Visa approve ani cheppa.. later they moved to administrative processing which took him 2-3 weeks to get the visa, This is back in 2014 though. 

 

Visa aithey for sure approve avuthundhi..

Right after the visa, if approved every one's status shows "Admin Processing" That is not 221g or anything to be scared about. 

If the officer says approved you are fine and that too for H4 no issues man. If you do not receive updates even after 5 business days, I would worry then.
