Atleast the MS guys here get some kind of training before they go on to the client.

once you join infy, tcs, satyam and manage to get on a project, do you think they will tell the client you are a fresher? 99% of the time no. I know this because i have been on the client side of things for a while now. I see right through these indian BS where as the white guys dont which is how these companies thrive in the US.

Very good point. I have seen guys from CTS, TCS etc who themselves have accepted this as a fact.

Plus they are very poor team players, don't believe in any KT even if the project demands it. And are full of petty egos and play politics at work, unlike most Americans who mind their own business.
