Everything was done, but recent ga I'm getting a lot of calls from collection agency saying that my $700 bill was due. Initial ga spam call anukuni vadilesa. tarvata adi nijam ani telisindi. Quest Diagnostics vadu collections ki pampadu and matter endi ante vallu naa old address ki pamparu bill. so obviously I was not aware and now they keep saying me to clear the bill.I had one expensive insurance old employer tho unnapudu and I used to pay $400 a month, also desi lafangi doctor gadu emo insurance cover avtadi annadu test lu cheyinchinapudu. Ipudu emo call chesthe naaku telidu antunnadu and sarigga respond avatledu and he is on vacation and collections vallu calls meeda call chesi 10tunnaru every day. Is there any way to sort this out or I have to pay out of my pocket. Also mana bill ganaka collections ki report aithe insurance history entha effect untundi. Quest vadu ninna naaku oka HEALTH INSURANE CLAIM FORM ani okati pampadu.Danni insurance ki pampinchalla? Please enlighten fellow dbians.

Thanks for info. Its been 3 weeks this was reported to doctor, he doesn't seem to do anything about it. , do I need to call insurance and Quest diagnostics and explain the situation.I was in impression that doctor's gonna take care of it. Looks like I need to deal this. Any ways how to negotiate bhayya, do I need to negotiate with the Quest diagnostics/Insurance or with the Collection agency ?

yes collection agents will report to all credit bureaus..did you check your credit history ?

wrong dude.. u cannot negotiate with collection agency.. they work on percentage basis and are greedy.. once he pays because it went to collection agency they will report it anyway into credit report..

first neetho payment cheyyinchadaniki preference istharu. they get anywhere between 20-50% commission. andukey koncham negotiate chesthey 200 ala thagginchochu.

i had some issue with leasing office few yrs back.  because of miscommunication it went to collections dept. i was able to negotiate with them and they gave me a deal to pay 75% of it. rest 25% was waived.

nothing reported on credit report

He is a cheater.... google lo review raaayee vaadi paina... mana desi naaa kondi gaaalu anthe bhayyaa... manam software employee bhaaga money vasthaayee ani mana paina yedisi saasthaaru kontha mandhi aithe....

Bro I had a similar issues vallu call chesina with in a month lo pay chesina OK, Incase impact aithe you can always report a claim saying Ela fraud calls ani
