rajivn786 Posted February 15, 2017 Report Posted February 15, 2017 Chances of denial are definitely there-- but to low percentage as there is an accreditation problem..In terms of H1, I have seen couple of them saying the extensions were denied if their H1B was picked in Masters Quota and couple of them didn't have issues as well.. So I think it depends on officer handling the case. Quote
