Let me give you a classic example, UK has no guns..they used to have at a time but sensing the obvious threat, slowly it cracked down on guns and now literally there arent any guns, opf course still there are some guns in the market illegally but very negligible and they have replaces these guns with security cameras and london is now the most surveiled city and you can barely see a cop car or cops on city roads and yet, its very peaceful and law is maintained to high extent and they slowly expanded these camera surveilance to entire UK...and its showing results. Crime has come down to very high extent without even cops standing int he society. If there is an event going on and request for cop protection, they come and place a car which is mounted by camera..no polimena and nothing is going wrong..

where as in a country with guns, campus shootings, street shootings, are rampant and US has been discussing control of guns laws for decades now and nothing has happened till date and more peopel die in these shootings than in accidents.

I live freley in USA...but at the same time, I am afraid to pick up any kind of altercation as there are so many illegal guns in USA and anyone can shoot you and you can get shot even for smaller crimes like mugging, etc..

i am afraid to withdraw money from ATM in certain areas, detroit is classic example, atlanta, chicago, RI..kontha mandi ni chusthe pack ayitadi..people can show you gun even for $10...

now, is that something you call as free living in USA ? hellyeah..no..
