You need to have skills man...even if you pale your resume and haven't hit smart kills, it's useless.

vallani vellani chusi follow avadam mana jathi ki emi kotha kadu kada, nuv chesindi ade...high success rate tried and tested formula, but some casualties kuda vuntayi. Remember, there is also another side of the coin. 

Pake exp petina na jeevitham bagupadaledu...petakapothey calls raledu...but, I'm happy now, I'm working on something that I looked for myself, My interview ela ayindante, F2f, three project managers sitting in front of me...but I did not give not even a single chance to look at my resume...valaki kavalsina technolies na resume lo levu...all that I did is to convince them that I'm the right guy they are looking for...literally, they hired me without looking at my resume...

so, what I'm trying to say is that...vadi mida veedi mida kadu, needi nuvu chusuko...if you got tech skills and no soft skills, it's mostly useless...your soft and interpersonal skills will compensate to your tech skills...
