Not sure about Java, but in C# add service reference to your automation project and call the endpoint created in ***** file.

SOAP aa rathi yugam naati protocol.. Inka vaduthunnara janalu.. Ee kalam lo REST apis, create web request using Java or whatever, vachina xml json response ni validate cheyali..
