CBN realized his mistake of only focusing HYD in his previous regimes and now he is being very fair in developing every part of AP. So stop crying and appreciate his efforts and as a STATE unity we should be happy for every development that is happening round the AP globe.. Quote

"అమరావతి ఎయిర్ లైన్స్" పేరిట సొంత ఎయిర్ లైన్స్ ఉండాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబునాయుడు ఆకాంక్షిస్తున్నారు. సింగపూర్, మలేషియన్ ఎయిర్ లైన్స్ తరహాలోనే అమరావతి ఎయిర్ లైన్స్ ఉంటే అమరావతికి మంచి బ్రాండింగ్ వస్తుంది అని ప్రభుత్వం విశ్వసిస్తుంది. భవిష్యత్ లో ప్రభుత్వ ప్రైవేట్ భాగస్వామ్య పద్ధతిలో దీన్ని ఏర్పాటు చేయాలన్నది ఆలోచన. విమానయాన రంగాన్ని, ప్రభుత్వం ప్రాధాన్యత ఇస్తున్న నేప థ్యంలో ఉద్యోగ ఉపాధి అవకాశాల మెరుగుకు పౌరవిమానయాన రంగం దోహదం చేయగలదన్న ఆశాభావంలో సీఎం ఉన్నారు. రాష్ట్రంలో విమానయానాన్ని మరింత పెంచే ఉద్దేశంతో 2015లో కొత్త ఏవియేషన్ పాలసీతో, విమాన ఇంధనం పై నాలుగు శాతం వ్యాట్ ను, ఒక్క శాతానికి తగ్గించారు. అయినా ఆశించన స్థాయిలో, ఏవియేషన్ రంగం రాష్ట్రంలో అభివృధి చెందలేదు. ఇప్పటికే వైజాగ్, తిరుపతి, అంతర్జాతీయ ఎయిర్ పోర్ట్ లు ఉన్నాయి. విజయవాడ త్వరలో అంతర్జాతీయ ఎయిర్ పోర్ట్ గా మారనుంది. రాజమండ్రిలో జాతీయ స్థాయి విమానాశ్రయముంది. కడప విమానాశ్రయం ఇప్పుడిప్పుడే అభివృద్ధి చెందుతోంది. ఇవి కాక త్వరలోనే భోగాపురం, ఓర్వకల్లు, కుప్పం, తాడేపల్లిగూడెం, ఒంగోలులలో గ్రీన్ ఫీల్డ్ ఎయిర్ పోర్ట్ లను ప్రభుత్వ ప్రైవేటు భాగస్వామ్యం క్రింద నిర్మించాలని నిర్ణయించారు. ప్రస్తుతం ఎయిర్ ఇండియాతో పాటు పలు ప్రైవేటు విమానయాన సంస్థలు రాష్ట్రంలో ఈ రంగంలో సేవలందిస్తున్నాయి. గతేడాది 21 లక్షల మంది రాష్ట్రంలో విమానంలో ప్రయాణిస్తే ప్రస్తుతం ముగిసే ఈ ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరాంతానికి ఈ సంఖ్య 36 లక్షలకు చేరుతుందని అంచనాలేస్తున్నారు. అయినప్పటికీ ఈ విస్తృతి అంతర్జాతీయ విమాన సంస్థల్ని ఆకర్షించే అవకాశంలేదు. దీంతో లాభాపేక్ష లేకుండా అమరావతి ఎయిర్ లైన్స్ నిర్వహించాలని ప్రభుత్వం యోచిస్తోంది. ముందుగా అద్దె ప్రాతిపదికన మూడు విమానాల్ని తీసుకోవాలని భావిస్తోంది. ఈ విమానాల్ని విజయవాడ నుంచి ఢిల్లీ, ముంబయ్ వంటి సుదూర ప్రాంతాల్లో పాటు రాష్ట్రంలోని జిల్లా కేంద్రాలకు కూడా నిర్వహించడం ద్వారా రాష్ట్ర రాజధానికి విమాన కనెక్టివిటిని పెంచాలని నిర్ణయించింది. ఏ జిల్లా కేంద్రం, లేదా ప్రధాన పట్టణం నుంచైనా అమరావతికి గంటలోపు ప్రయాణముండేలా విమానయానాన్ని అభివృద్ధి చేస్తే, ఆశించిన రీతిలో అమరావతి నగరాభివృద్ధి సాధ్యపడుతుందని అంచనాలేస్తోంది. ప్రాంతీయ విమానాశ్రయాలను అనుసంధానం చేయడంలో భాగంగా కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం వయబిలిటీ గ్యాప్ ఫండింగ్ (వీజీఎఫ్) కింద చేయూత ఇస్తోంది. ఇలాంటి సందర్భంలోనే రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ పరంగా ఒక చిన్న ఎయిర్లైన్స్ ఉంటే బాగుంటుందని సీఎం ఆభిప్రాయపడుతున్నారు.
