Batman_fan Posted March 3, 2017 Report Posted March 3, 2017 I just got a call from my friend. He said he is moving to Argentina as part of 1 year assignment with a strategy consulting firm as multinational Manager. He said he will come back after 1-2 years as they are applying his GC in EB1C category. Of course, he graduated from Stern, NYU. From what I know he wants to start a business but don't want to take any risks until he gets GC. Finally found the route I guess. His hardwork and persistence paid off. Lucky bastard. He knew he was not going to make it in lottery so decided to not apply H1. Instead he focused on companies in other countries in the recruitment. More than anything, I liked his attitude. Never said a single word on h1 lottery/abuse but instead focused on how he can best utilize the resources. Inspiring! Wish I could be like him. Quote

I am not sure exactly. All I know is about EB1C. At the moment people can apply. Don't know what happens in future. Quote
