BJP is the least development oriented party. All the states that they are ruling (except Maharashtra) is very low on 'development'. Even maharashtra has regressed a lot. Gujarat is only for show.

mayawati spoke that worst communal sectarian language in the campaign than any1 else. all analyst are grudgingly accepting that now.
