you may feel that my answer is a way in trying to beat around the bush...

but the fact is ..peoples mind set has changed quite drastically that no one is trying to work hard to earn money..every body wants free money every body wants to get filthy rich without much effort and short span..and if you are really sincerer in accepting facts, you will know from when this attitude started and why

i know what you are referring..tax exemptions from .capital gains .right....state govt central govt ki multiple requests chestundi..andulo konni consider chestaru konni consider cheyaru..andulo capital gains okati..andulo tappu pattedi emundi..

It started with 2 rupee rice scheme in AP. NTR had good intension but the schems got exploited in the later times. YSR is not the only person who did it  what abt cash transfer scheme that TDP talked about in 2009
