I think yearly only 100,000 GC s anukunta yearly 140000 GC will be given by USCIS for all categories. They will waste few GC every year bcz of miscalculations and rejections etc... In last two years I heard they wasted 5.5k GC's. We have total 500k wasted till now for which IV is fighting to utilize them now for backlogs.. Quote
