Hi Guys,

 

I applied for H4 Visa extension around 4 months ago. Got the courtesy approval notice around 3 months ago. But I haven't received the original approval letter with new I94 so far.

It is showing same message in USCIS case status website from last 3 months as follows:

we approved your Form I-539, Application to Extend or Change Nonimmigrant Status, Receipt Number XXXXXXXX. We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice.

Its been 3 months, no change so far. I already opened service request with USCIS and no update so far.

 

Any of you faced this kind of situation?

Please help me.
