Problem is these are all maintainence and support related which over the time are too costly to manage so inbetween clients try to hand it over to a 3rd party company(Read WITCH) in a fixed bid and in the meantime they try to work on something technolically advanced stuff for this they try to train these guys who work on old tech like mainframes and ask them to transition their old work to some offshore guy deeniki these guys make noise saying they took our jobs. 

Funny thing is the decision is taken at a director/vp level who are well aware of the situation and tellolu untaru ilanti management decisions lo
