Only if he is on h1 and maintains status.. f1 mida ki vaste adi revoke avutundi...i was in a situation where i was going out of status few years back  and i was told this by lawyer

He cannot apply for change of status to F1, if any of GC process is started.
In his case, i140 is approved so, F1 and ceepeetea option is ruled out.

GC application is for future employment ane vishayam marchipotunnaru sumeee....

One can sponsor GC for a person in India, who never step foot in USA

I was told this by ramineni and skilled worker is different from family based GC application . Future employment ki status akkarleda ? 

3 months employment ki ad vesi LC apply Chesi we are hiring him ani apply chestaru saying he is skilled worker and u r saying he can be on any visa ? I will give ramineni lawyer number u can talk to him if you want

I don't want to argue I was told by ramineni when I applied F1 being on h1 as was going out of status . Employer won't continue .
